Community BBQ Fundraiser

Mark your calendars! On Saturday, May 4th, we will host our 4th Spring Arts & Crafts Fair! This year, we are partnering with a barbeque vendor (C-Love Catering) to have a Community BBQ Fundraiser that will coincide with our Spring Craft Fair. We hope the BBQ Fundraiser will bring a larger crowd to this year’s craft fair. We will begin preselling tickets in March for $12 a plate (pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw, dessert, drink).  

C-Love Catering will handle the cooking of all the food and supply us with some serving assistance. The funds we collect from presales will be used to purchase the meat and sides. Instead of a Bake Table at the craft fair, we are asking for brownies and pound cakes (no nuts, no frosting) for the BBQ Fundraiser. A sign-up sheet will be on the bulletin board for anyone wishing to contribute dessert items, either baked or bought, to this fundraiser.
